SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that flat steel export offers given from Asian countries, which had indicated a slight increase in the last couple of weeks, have maintained their slight upward trend.
Some transactions have been heard for hot rolled coil (HRC) from India and South Korea in the export market. Currently, Indian export HRC offers are at the range of $680-690/mt FOB, while ex-South Korea HRC offers have increased from the level of $670/mt FOB to $680/mt FOB.
On the other hand, Chinese producers' export offers for HRC have increased slightly to $650-655/mt FOB.
