The abovementioned prices are excluding VAT and for November production materials. The increase applied by the producer on the prices of November production materials have not gained acceptance. HRC base prices have decreased by €20-30/mt, CRC base prices have shown a drop of €10-20/mt and HDG base prices have declined by €10-30/mt, all compared to last month.
