SteelOrbis has learned from market sources that hot rolled coil (HRC) offers have remained unchanged since last week in the Omani import market. On the other hand, demand for import HRC is weak in the country.
Accordingly, December production HRC offers from Russia, India and China are standing in the range of $565-570/mt CFR, while offers from South Korea are at $590/mt CFR. Prices are for advance payment and exclude VAT.
