According to market sources, demand for import flat steel in Turkey has remained slack this week. Turkish buyers have mostly completed their purchases for November production and so the downward pressure on producers' flat steel prices has eased during the past week.

Over the past week, ex-Ukraine and ex-Russia HRC offers to Turkey have remained unchanged at $285-295/mt CFR and $290-300/mt CFR, respectively.

On the other hand, in the given week Ukrainian and Russian cold rolled coil (CRC) offers to Turkey have also moved sideways, trending in the range of $345-355 CFR and $350-370/mt CFR, respectively.
