It is mentioned that Russian origin 2 mm HRC offers given to some markets in the Middle East have decreased even to the level of $540/mt CFR. Also, the rapid decline in Chinese origin offers has disquieted the traders in this region and it is foreseen in the market that the prices will show further decreases. It is heard that traders in the UAE have adopted a wait-and-see stance since they do not have an urgent need of materials.
