ArcelorMittal's Kazakhstan-based subsidiary ArcelorMittal Temirtau has decreased domestic offers of December shipment HRC by $40/mt as compared to November. Accordingly, offers of December shipment hot rolled coil (HRC) of 2-12 mm thickness from ArcelorMittal Temirtau to local customers are currently given at $750-760/mt ex-works, including VAT.
Meanwhile, Russian suppliers are offering HRC for the Kazakh market at $660-675/mt DAP, down $50-60/mt.
