HRC offer from China

SS400 grade 4-11.5 mm x 1,500 mm x C hot rolled coils produced by China's Jiangsu Province-based steelmaker Shagang Group are being offered for export at $535-540/mt FOB Shanghai on actual weight basis via at sight payment by letter of credit for late April shipment. The quotations for hot rolled coils have increased by $20-30/mt compared with two weeks ago. SteelOrbis is informed that in this case the expected export tax rebate decrease will also be considered in the negotiations between the seller and buyer.
