HRC import offers to UAE

SteelOrbis has been informed that, in ex-China offers to the UAE steel market, prices of boron-added hot rolled coil (HRC) of 2.9-24.8 mm thickness are standing at the level of $630/mt CFR LO Dubai port, while offers for hot rolled coil of 3-18 mm thickness are at $660/mt CFR Dubai. Meanwhile, South African offers to the UAE for hot rolled coil of 2 mm and above thickness are standing at $650/mt CFR Dubai - all for October shipment. It is heard that demand has started to grow in the UAE and so traders have increased their imports.
