HRC import offers to the Vietnamese steel market

SteelOrbis has been informed that, in hot rolled coil (HRC) offers given to Vietnam, Chinese mill Benxi's 2 mm HRC offers are standing at the level of $640/mt CFR FO Ho Chi Minh port for payments via letter of credit at sight, while Taiwanese offers for the same material are at $650/mt CFR Vietnam - both for October shipment.
