In Ukrainian mill Zaporizhstal's flats offers given to Bulgaria for October production, HRC prices are at $565/mt CFR and CRC prices are at $665/mt CFR. Compared to the offers for September production, the HRC prices have increased by $5/mt, while the CRC prices are up by $30/mt.
