A Bulgarian mill is currently giving HRC offers to its local market at a price of €270-280/mt ($373-387/mt) ex-works.

Meanwhile, ex-Ukraine Zaporizhstal JSC production HRC offers to Bulgaria are at $390/mt FOB, whereas the same origin CRC offers are at $460/mt FOB. Although some deals have been heard from Ukraine to Bulgaria, it is reported that these deals are for sizes for which stocks have diminished.
