A Ukrainian steel producer has concluded a sale to Greece for 1,000-2,000 mt of hot rolled coil (HRC) at €430/mt ($482/mt) CFR. However, market sources state that this deal was concluded due to the buyer's urgent needs, while no other HRC sale has been concluded by the same supplier to Greece since there is an expectation of a decline in HRC prices in the country.
