According to market sources, ex-CIS hot rolled coil (HRC) offers to the export markets have decreased by $10/mt as of today, November 16, to $520-540/mt FOB, while ex-CIS cold rolled coil (CRC) export offers have moved down by $10/mt today to $570-590/mt FOB.
