SteelOrbis has heard that ex-Ukraine (Zaporizhstal) HRC offers to Israel are at $583/mt CFR Ashdod, whereas the same origin CRC offers to Israel are at $701/mt CFR Ashdod, both for April shipments. Zaporizhstal has increased its HRC and CRC offers to Israel by $20/mt and $17/mt respectively. In addition, Russian offers to Israel have been standing at the range of $630-650/mt CFR in recent weeks.
