Ex-Russia slab offers to Taiwan

In the past week, ex-Russia offers of steel slab to the Taiwanese market have been in the range of $680-695/mt CFR. Buyers in Taiwan consider this range to be too high and so they are maintaining a waiting strategy for the time being.
