According to market sources, Chinese offers for hot rolled coil (HRC) of 2-12 mm thickness to Turkey are at $520-525/mt CFR, while offers for rerolling quality HRC of 2-12 mm thickness from China to Turkey are in the range of $530-535/mt CFR, both for December deliveries.
On the other hand, South Korean offers for S235JR grade rerolling quality HRC to Turkey are at $560-565/mt CFR, for December deliveries.
