Ex-CIS hot rolled coil offers to Turkey

According to market sources, a Russian steel producer’s hot rolled coil (HRC) offer to Turkey are at $315/mt CFR, for October production.
 
Meanwhile, a Ukrainian steel producer’s price offer to Turkey for 20,000-25,000 mt of HRC are at $310/mt CFR, for October production.
