HRC) in the North African market has been weak during the past two weeks, though the volume of inquiries in the market has increased. Ex-CIS
HRC offers to North African countries have moved down by $5/mt over the same period amid negotiations to the range of $365-370/mt FOB. Market sources state that inquiries are expected to lead to deals in the coming week as demand is foreseen to increase.
