CRC imports in Brazil are negotiated in average at $710/mt, CFR conditions, stable over the last four weeks, according to sources.
In the Brazilian domestic market, CRC of the basic commercial grades is offered in medium to large volumes by the producers at BRL 6,300/mt ($1,064/mt), stable from two weeks ago, ex-works, full taxes except IPI.
In December, Brazil exported 7,300 mt of HRC, in average at $840/mt, while imported 8,700 mt at $636/mt both FOB conditions.
Imports of CRC are expected to increase in December, as the USD/BRL rate declined over the last two weeks, becoming more favorable for clearing customs of material stockpiled in Brazilian ports.
