Corus to hike flats prices

European steelmaker Corus has announced today that it will increase its flat rolled steel prices in the UK by between 5-12 percent. Accordingly, the producer's price for hot dip galvanized materials will increase by £20/mt, while cold rolled material prices will go up by £35/mt, with hot rolled prices rising by £45/mt.
