Average Chinese flat products export offers have mostly edged up over the past week, though hot rolled coil (HRC) prices have moved sideways. At present, export offers for boron-added 5.75 mm HRC given by Chinese suppliers are at $570-580/mt FOB, while export offers for 1.0 mm cold rolled coil (CRC) given by Chinese suppliers are in the range of $605-615/mt FOB.

In the past week, finished steel prices in the Chinese domestic market have increased, providing support for increases in flat product export prices.
