During the week ending August 9, average Chinese flat resources export offer prices have mostly moved on a stable trend, though seeing increases for hot rolled coil. At present, export offers for boron-added 5.75 mm hot rolled coil (HRC) given by Chinese suppliers are at $580-590/mt FOB, while export offers for 1.0 mm cold rolled coil (CRC) given by Chinese suppliers are in the range of $615-625/mt FOB.

It is thought that flat steel product export prices from China will move sideways in the coming week.
