Over the past week, average Chinese flat steel product export offers have moved on diverse trends. At present, export offers for boron-added 5.75 mm hot rolled coil (HRC) given by Chinese suppliers are at $585-595/mt FOB, while export offers for 1.0 mm cold rolled coil (CRC) given by Chinese suppliers are in the range of $615-625/mt FOB.
It is thought that flat steel product export prices from China will move on a stable trend in the coming week due to the approach of the Chinese New Year holiday (February 15-21).
