During the given week, ferrous metal futures prices and semi-finished steel prices in China have indicated a rising trend, providing support for steel plate prices in the domestic spot market. In addition, planned production cuts are expected to negatively impact steel plate output in the coming period. It is thought that steel plate prices in the Chinese domestic market will likely increase further in the coming week.
