Russia’s stainless steel output falls in Jan-Feb 2004 period

In the first two months of 2004, Russia produced 17'700 ton of stainless steel roll, down by 14.7% compared to the corresponding period of last year. This tonnage includes 894 tons of cold rolled sheet steel. February stainless steel output in Russia amounted to 7'000 tons with a decrease of 20% when compared to same period of last year.
