Qinghai Province-based Chinese steelmaker Xining Special Steel Co. has commissioned its blast furnace No. 3, according to state-owned China Metallurgical Group Corporation's (MCC) subsidiary Hubei Province-based China First Metallurgical Group Corporation, which was responsible for construction work on the project.
It took China First Metallurgical Group Corporation nine months to complete the construction work.
