WISCO successfully rolls 0.18 mm thin cold rolled sheet

Hubei Province-based Chinese steelmaker Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corp. (WISCO) has successfully produced 0.18 mm cold rolled sheet from 1.8 mm feedstock sheet with its cold rolled pickling line. Inspection showed that the newly produced sheet conforms to all quality parameters. The 0.18 mm specification exceeds the designed minimum thickness of 0.2 mm for the cold rolled pickling line in question.
