Hot rolled steel coil/sheet and
plate products manufactured by Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corporation (
WISCO) have succeeded in passing the CE examination of Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited and in obtaining the European Conformity (CE) mark. This means that
WISCO can now freely export hot rolled products to the European Union (EU).
According to the relevant EU
construction products directive, all hot rolled products must obtain CE certification after September 1, 2006, in order to be sold in the EU.
