Vyksa Steel Works issues production results for Jan-Oct

Vyksa Steel Works, a part of Russia-based OMK Group, has announced its production results for October and the first 10 months of the current year.
 
Accordingly, in the January-October period Vyksa Steel Works' output of steel pipes amounted to 1.14 million mt, including 532,400 mt of large diameter pipes. In October alone, Vyksa Steel Works produced 129,800 mt of steel pipes, up 22 percent year on year.
 
In the first 10 months of 2012, Vyksa Steel Works increased its output of railway wheels by eight percent year on year to 704,500 wheels. In October this year, Vyksa Steel Works produced 72,700 railway wheels, up four percent compared to October 2011.
