Vyksa Steel Works issues production results for Jan-Aug

Vyksa Steel Works, a part of Russia-based OMK Group, has announced its production results for August and the first eight months of the current year.
 
Accordingly, in the January-August period Vyksa Steel Works' output of steel pipes amounted to 883,800 mt, including 429,200 mt of large diameter tubes. In August alone, Vyksa Steel Works produced 130,000 mt of steel pipes, including 75,000 mt of large diameter pipes.
 
In the first eight months of 2012, Vyksa Steel Works increased its output of railway wheels by 10 percent year on year to 563,000 wheels. In August this year, Vyksa Steel Works produced 71,800 railway wheels, unchanged compared to August 2011
