Vietnam-based steel producer Hoa Phat Group has announced that it has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Cambodia-based Chip Mong Group, which operates in different fields such as iron and steel trading, for the supply of construction steel.

Within the scope of the MoU, Hoa Phat will provide an undisclosed amount of construction steel to the Cambodian company during the period July 1, 2024-December 31, 2025, to meet the demand for the product in the neighboring country. Also, both companies will collaborate in areas where both sides have experience.
