Vietnam's Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) has announced that it has extended the preliminary determinations in the antidumping (AD) investigation against H-beam imports from China. Accordingly, the preliminary determinations will be announced until March 4, 2017.
The investigation launched upon the application lodged by domestic producer POSCO SS-Vina Co., Ltd covers the period from April 1, 2015 to March 31, 2016.
The products in question currently fall under the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7216.33.00, 7228.70.10 and 7228.70.90.
