US rig counts slip, Canadian counts bump up

According to the most recent report by Baker Hughes, the weekly US rotary rig count is down six from last week to 1,830. This reflects a year-on-year increase of 324 rigs.

The Canadian rig count is up four from last week and is now at 127, representing a year-on-year increase of six rigs.

The US Offshore rig count is 33, up three from last week and down 16 year-over-year.
