US quota utilization levels of Ukraine and Russia

In the first ten months of 2006, Ukraine utilized 76.36 percent of its US quota for carbon steel flat rolled products with trimmed edge, supplying a total of 105,458 metric tons. The yearly quota for Ukraine regarding the product in question is 138,106 metric tons. In the first ten months of 2006, Russia utilized 43.5 percent of its US quota for HR sheets, supplying 369,709 metric tons. The yearly HR sheet quota for Russia is 850,000 metric tons.
