US lowers preliminary CVD rates for two Turkish mills

According to the preliminary results issued by the US Department of Commerce regarding the administrative review of the countervailing duty on Turkish rebar, the subsidy rate for some producers has been revised downwards.

The subsidy rate for İçdaş were set as 0.41 percent, while another Turkish mill Kaptan received a preliminary subsidy rate of 0.19 percent, both de minimis, meaning that the respondents will get zero percent duty rates, once the results are definitive.

Meanwhile, the subsidy rate for Çolakoğlu remained at 1.82 percent, while the other suppliers received a subsidy rate of 2.29 percent.
