The US International Trade Commission (ITC) today determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty orders on imports of stainless steel butt-weld pipe fittings from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
As a result of the ITC’s affirmative determinations following a five-year (sunset) review, the existing antidumping duty orders on imports of these products from Italy, Malaysia, and the Philippines will remain in place.
Chairman Rhonda K. Schmidtlein, Vice Chairman David S. Johanson, and Commissioners Irving A. Williamson and Meredith M. Broadbent voted in the affirmative.
