US ITC unanimously votes to further AD/CVD investigation against Chinese wire rod

The US International Trade Commission (ITC) made its preliminary injury determination Friday in the antidumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) investigations of wire rod from China.

The ITC made an affirmative determination.  The vote was 5 to 0.

As a result of the ITC’s determination, the U.S. Department of Commerce will conduct full-scale AD and CVD investigations of wire rod from China.
