The United States International Trade Commission (US ITC) has decided to continue to conduct its countervailing duty investigation on imports of bottom mount combination refrigerator-freezers from South Korea and its antidumping duty investigations on imports of these products from South Korea and Mexico. A five-to-zero vote determined that the US industry is materially injured or threatened with material injury by imports of the mentioned products from the countries in question.

The investigations started on March 30, 2011 with Whirlpool Corporation petitioning against the products in question.
