The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has released the preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty (AD) order on steel concrete reinforcing bar (rebar) from Turkey for the period between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025.

The DOC preliminarily determined that Colakoglu Metalurji A.S. and Colakoglu Dis Ticaret A.S. (collectively, Colakoglu), the sole mandatory respondent, made sales of subject merchandise at less than normal value during the period of review. The DOC has preliminarily determined a weighted-average dumping margin of 13.11 percent for Colakoglu.

The review-specific rate for the non-examined company, Ekinciler Demir ve Celik Sanayi A.S. (Ekinciler), is 13.11 percent.

The DOC is also rescinding the review with respect to three companies, namely Habas Sinai ve Tibbi Gazlar Istihsal Endustrisi A.S., Icdas Celik Enerji Tersane ve Ulasim A.S., and Kaptan Demir Celik Endustrisi ve Ticaret A.S. and Kaptan Metal Dis Ticaret ve Nakliyat A.S., as there were no reviewable, suspended entries of subject merchandise from these companies during the period of review.

The all-others rate is 3.90 percent.
