The US Department of Commerce (US DOC) has announced that it has amended the preliminary antidumping (AD) duty decision regarding the AD investigation on imports of carbon and alloy steel wire rod from Italy, South Korea, South Africa, Spain, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Kingdom, upon a complaint lodged by US-based companies Gerdau Ameristeel US Inc., Keystone Consolidated Industries, Inc., and Charter Steel, alleging that the DOC made a significant ministerial error in the preliminary determination.
