US DOC releases reference prices for CTL plates from Ukraine

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) on January 4 released revised reference prices for cut-to-length plates imported from Ukraine under the scope of the suspension agreement between the DOC and Ukraine. The prices are valid for the period February 1, 2007, through April 30, 2007. The revised reference prices are as follows:
