On February 9, 1994, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) imposed an antidumping duty on certain forged stainless steel flanges from India. Upon a request by the respondents, Kunj Forgings Pvt. Ltd. (Kunj), Micro Forge (India) Ltd. (Micro), Pradeep Metals Limited (Pradeep), and Rollwell Forge, Ltd. (Rollwell), the DOC, on April 6, 2006, initiated antidumping duty new shipper reviews for the period February 1, 2005, through January 31, 2006. However, as previously reported by SteelOrbis, the DOC, on September 29, 2006, rescinded the reviews with respect to Micro, Pradeep, and Rollwell. The DOC has preliminarily determined that Kunj made sales of the subject merchandise at less than normal value in the US during the period of review. Accordingly, the following weighted-average dumping margin exists for the period February 1, 2005, through January 31, 2006:

Producer Margin
Kunj..................................1.52 percent
