US DOC issues final results of stainless steel wire rod sunset reviews

On October 30, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced its final results of the expedited sunset (five-year) reviews of the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel wire rod from Italy, Japan, South Korea, Spain, and Taiwan.

As a result of the sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel wire rod from Italy, Japan, South Korea, Spain, and Taiwan, which were initiated on July 1, 2009, the DOC has found that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on subject merchandise would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at the following weighted-average percentage margins:
