On February 9, 2009, the United States Department of Commerce (DOC) announced its final results of the antidumping duty (AD) administrative review of stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Mexico.
This review covers sales of the subject merchandise made by ThyssenKrupp Mexinox S.A. de C.V. (Mexinox) for the period July 1, 2006, through June 30, 2007.
Based on the DOC's analysis of the comments received, the final results and the calculated dumping margin differ from the preliminary results issued on August 6, 2008. The DOC has determined a 2.86 percent final weighted average percentage margin for Mexinox.
