On July 16, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced its decision to postpone the deadline for its final determination in the 2008-2009 antidumping (AD) duty review of stainless steel bar from India.
The DOC said that the review deadline has been extended by 45 days from July 13, 2010 to August 27, 2010.
