US DOC amends final AD/CVD orders in HRC case

The US Department of Commerce announced amendments to final antidumping and countervailing duty orders in the case against hot rolled steel imports from seven countries.
 
In the AD determinations, the following adjustments were made:

• Australia: AD margins increased from 29.37 percent to 29.58 percent for BlueScope Steel Ltd. and “all others”
• Korea: AD margins increased from 3.89 percent to 4.61 percent for POSCO, and to 6.05 percent for “all others”
• Turkey: AD margins decreased from 7.15 percent to 6.77 percent for Colakoglu; increased from 3.66 percent to 4.15 percent for Erdemir; and increased to 6.41 percent for “all others”
 
In the CVD determinations, the following adjustments were made:
 
• Korea: CVD rates increased from 57.04 percent to 58.68 percent
