As the result of an appeal of the final results of an administrative review of the antidumping (AD) order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe (standard pipe) from Mexico, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) amended Thursday the dumping duty deposit rate for Mueller Tuberia S. de R.L. de C.V. (Mueller Tuberia).

The new dumping duty deposit rate for Mueller Tuberia – which became effective on February 18, 2015 – is 13.70 percent.  The previous dumping duty deposit rate had been 19.81 percent.
