Union Electric Steel’s UK subsidiary Davy Roll changes its brand name

Gateshead, UK-based cast roll producer The Davy Roll Company Limited has announced that as of January 28, 2011, it has changed its brand name to that of its US-based indirect parent company Union Electric Steel, while it has changed its registered name to Union Electric Steel UK Limited, adding that only the name of the company has changed, not the legal entity.
 
Union Electric Steel Corporation, a leading producer of forged hardened steel rolls, acquired the UK cast roll producer in 1999.
