Ukraine's semi-finished steel exports and imports decline in Jan-July

According to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers, in the January-July period of the current year Ukrainian exports of semi-finished steel products decreased by 8.3 percent year on year to 6.015 million mt.

Meanwhile, exports of semi-finished steel products from Ukraine increased by 13.1 percent in July compared to June, rising to 852,360 mt.

On the other hand, in the January-July period of the current year Ukrainian imports of semi-finished steel products decreased by 15.1 percent year on year to 241,940 mt.

In July alone, imports of semi-finished steel products to Ukraine increased by 6.3 percent compared to June, rising to 32,000 mt.
