Ukraine's semi-finished exports increase in April

According to the data of State Committee of Statistics of Ukraine, the country's export of semi-finished products rose 3.7 percent, or 40,730 tons, month on month to 1.14 million tons in April 2006. The export revenue rose 8.7 percent, or $29.03 millions, to $361.66 millions during the same period. Year on year index indicates an increase of 40.5 percent, or 327,560 tons, in Ukraine's exports of semi-finished products during April 2006. In the first four months of 2006, the country's exports of semi-finished products rose 25.9 percent, or 861,990 tons, year on year to 4.195 million tons.
